When you purchase a Half Marathon Training Package, you not only get a customized plan that fits your goals, needs, and lifestyle, but you also get individual coaching support every step of the way. So you can confidently take on your next Half Marathon challenge.
We start with a virtual consultation to assess your current level, goals, and any concerns you may have, then you’ll receive an app-based training plan that’s tailored to you. With pre-defined Coaching Check-ins, and a plan that can be adjusted during training, you’ll have the tools you need to meet your next Half Marathon challenge.
This package consists of 12 weeks of coaching and includes:
- Custom training plan tailored to your schedule, goal race, and current level.
- Training plan is delivered via Training Peaks app (available on iPhone or Android), which syncs with your Garmin, Apple Watch, or Fitbit, and as coach, I can see your progress, and update the plan accordingly.
- Daily Coaching Check-ins via text
- 30min Coaching Check-ins up to 4x/month to adjust the plan and address any concerns such as race-day nutrition, planning, etc.
